If there is a single dish for which the Regions of Valencia are world famous for, it has to be Paella. However Valencian gastronomy is so much more. There are countless rice dishes for you to try, for example, with each town and village adding its own traditional ingredients.
Based on natural products within the Mediterranean diet and using vegetables from the Region’s market gardens, its fish and shelfish, meat and game, Valencians create the most delicious dishes, such as cruet, all i pebre, fideuà noodles and tombet valencià.
