Spanish in Real life

Learn Spanish in Real life in Valencia

Spanish in Real life

At Spanish & Valencia, I know how important it is to practice language in real-life situations. You can combine your Spanish classes with any daily activity. This means you choose the context in which you want to practice your Spanish.

B1 is the minimun Spanish level  required to follow this course.

How do we achieve this?

By having a 1 hour Spanish  lesson in the classroom and 1 hour of Spanish in real-life situations.

Alternatively, we can do a daily activity of 1 or 2 hours entirely outside the classroom.

What kind of activities can we do?

Any activity you choose, always in Spanish.

For example we can:

  • Go shopping.
  • Go to a real estate agent.
  • Visit an exhibition or a monument
  • Do a  sporting activity
  • Have coffee or a glass of wine…

Why will this be interesting for you?

Because I will be with you at all times correcting your mistakes. This will help you gain confidence and eventually you will be able to communicate confidently in every type of situation.

The student will be responsible for the payment of all ‘extras’ such as the price of entrances, activities, food and drink …

* The minimun level is required to follow this course is B1.

Our Happy Students

Spanish lessons from Raquel are always engaging and educational. We have had private lessons for almost a year and that has helped us tremendously. She also organizes fun optional activities with other students outside of class. Thanks Raquel and see you soon!Dolores B.
We had the pleasure of learning with Raquel when we recently spent a week in Valencia. Not only we learned a lot, but we also had a chance to ask questions and learn about Spanish and Valencian culture, practicalities etc. Raquel shared her energy and patience with us and our daily lessons were the highlight of each day. Thank you Raquel 🙂Marta
Raquel is a great teacher who we had twelve months of lessons with. She's been excellent with conversation practice and teaching me vocabulary not covered in the textbooks (tax, freelancing, childbirth). She's very friendly and knows exactly when to interject and correct your grammar when you're having a conversation. Her lessons are very interactive with listening exercises and online games. We are sad that we have to leave to go to Madrid!Claudia Stocker
Raquel is a fantastic teacher and by far the most qualified instructor I’ve had in my time learning Spanish. She is very well versed in the nuances of the different Spanish speaking regions, knows how to add valuable insight and suggestions to the learning process, is patient and has a great sense of humor to help make learning more enjoyable. I will definitely continue my lessons with her in the future.Chris Busse
Muchas gracias Maria y Raquel! I so enjoyed my private language lessons with Maria this week in Valencia. Maria built up my vocabulary, comprehension and speaking skills, so much so that I feel far more confident conversing in Spanish. I loved that Maria spoke Spanish to me all of the time, which gave me the chance to really feel immersed in the language (and no excuse to slip back into English!). And whilst I'm a beginner, Maria, was patient and kind in correcting me, helping me to understand sentence construction and building my vocabulary. I hope to be back again for more lessons this year.Lucy H

También organiza divertidas actividades opcionales con otros estudiantes fuera de clase. Gracias Raquel y hasta pronto.
