Raquel is an excellent teacher. She made learning Spanish fun! I had a little knowledge from online learning and my husband had none. We both learned a lot in our 4 lessons. We used what Raquel taught us right away from the first lesson. So helpful.

Raquel helped me improve my Spanish by a lot. She was able to quickly evaluate my level and explain her methodology. I took classes every day as I had a limited time in Valencia. She would wittingly engage me in a conversation that caused me to practice speaking for about half the (1 hour) class while she corrected my vocabulary and grammar before going on to the lesson for the day. Maria built up my vocabulary, comprehension and speaking skills, so much so that I feel far more confident conversing in Spanish. I loved that Maria spoke Spanish to me all of the time, which gave me the chance to really feel immersed in the language (and no excuse to slip back into English!). And whilst I'm a beginner, Maria, was patient and kind in correcting me, helping me to understand sentence construction and building my vocabulary. Raquel is immediately likeable. She smilingly puts one at east. I liked the way she very gently corrected my bad grammer and poor pronunciation. It doesn't matter if you like to study strictly following the book topic by topic, or prefer dynamic lessons without being tied to the content of the textbook - Raquel has an approach for everyone.
